Created from clay and brought to life by a single word: Rabbi Löw’s Golem is Prague’s most famous legend. On this mystery tour through Josefstadt, you’ll follow in his footsteps—past the Old-New Synagogue, in whose attic the Golem is said to rest to this day, through the Old Jewish Cemetery with its twelve layers of graves, all the way to the magnificent Spanish Synagogue and the Kafka Memorial. At 10 stops, riddles await that can only be solved on site: golden marks high above the gables, hidden symbols, and details that thousands of people walk past every day without a second glance. No guidebook or prior knowledge required—just keep your eyes open. All riddles can be solved from the outside; you don’t need any admission tickets.
